Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates based on typical processing and carrier transit times. These dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to order volume, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Expedited shipping speeds apply to transit time after the package has shipped and do not reduce order processing time.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you need to change it after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@pacificparadiseprints.shop. We’ll do our best to update it before the package goes out, but once it’s in the carrier’s hands, we can’t reroute it.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Free Shipping: We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all orders over $29.

  • Standard Shipping (orders under $29): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Carrier & Service: All domestic packages ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. Expedited FedEx services are also available.

International Shipping

  • Rates & Delivery: International shipping rates vary by destination and package weight. All duties, taxes, and customs fees for orders shipped outside the U.S. are the customer’s responsibility. Transit times generally range from 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on your country’s postal service.

  • Customs & Import Fees: Please note that import duties and taxes vary by country and are beyond our control. If you refuse a shipment or don’t pay the required customs fees, we cannot issue a refund for the original shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or household members and contact your local post office for additional delivery details. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly before arrival or place them in nearby mailboxes. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@pacificparadiseprints.shop within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Returns Information

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@pacificparadiseprints.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return request is approved, we’ll send you:

    • A prepaid return shipping label

    • Instructions on how and where to send your package

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (including all accessories, tags, and documentation).

  4. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@pacificparadiseprints.shop so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original purchase following the steps above and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order ships to an EU address, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility rules apply (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase). To initiate this, follow the “How to Start a Return” steps above, ideally within 14 days of receiving your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved:

  • We’ll automatically refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t seen the refund, email us at support@pacificparadiseprints.shop and we’ll investigate.
